My Account
Your PokerVault account lives in the PokerVault app. Sign in there to manage your profile, clubs, games, and sweepstakes entries.
The app isn't out yet. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day it's ready.
Sign up to receive updates from us. We respect your privacy.
Signing in
Open the app and sign in with email, Apple, or Google, the same way you signed up. There's no separate sign-in on the website. Can't get in? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
Profile, clubs, and games
Edit your profile and photo, manage your clubs, and see your game history in the app.
Sweepstakes entries and prizes
During a sweepstakes, your entries are in the app under Rewards. Free members tap Claim to enter the entries they earn in the app; one tap claims them all. Entries from Store orders are added automatically. Prizes you win are under Rewards → Prizes.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase won't improve your chances of winning. See the Official Rules for details, including how to enter without making a purchase.
Store orders
- The PokerVault Store (merch.pokervault.com) has its own checkout. To check on an order, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or see Order tracking.
- During a sweepstakes, open the Store from the app, or check out with the email address on your PokerVault account, so your order's entries go to your account.
- All sales are final, except for damaged, defective, or wrong items and shipping problems. See Returns and exchanges.
Email and notifications
- Change your email in the app's account settings. We'll ask you to confirm the new address.
- Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
- Turn push notifications on or off in your phone's settings.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy. To get a copy of your data or correct it, email [email protected]. To change your cookie choice for this website, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
Delete your account
- In the app: go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Without the app: email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account."
- You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in. Once the deletion is final, your sweepstakes entries are void.
- If you pay for a membership through Apple, cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings first; deleting your account doesn't stop Apple's billing.
