Shipping Information

We ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

• Making your order: usually 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery in the U.S. with standard shipping: usually 3 to 4 business days after it ships.
• Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can take longer around the holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll see the cost before you pay.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. See Order tracking for more.

If we can't ship your order within the time shown here or at checkout, we'll email you with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number (and a photo of any damage) within 30 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived. If the carrier confirms it was lost, or it arrived damaged, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Details are on Returns and exchanges.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can change it only before your order ships. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll email you to arrange reshipping.
